Understanding intention to use communication technology among legislators: a UTAUT model perspective

During the Covid-19 pandemic, face-to-face meetings are restricted; therefore, communication technology such as video conferencing apps is essential for workers, including legislators. Using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT), this study examines acceptance factors on intention to use by legislators West Java Provincial House Representatives during COVID-19 pandemic. The respondents were 92 who chosen randomly. results showed that associated with intention, even simultaneously predicting apps. There theoretical practical implications discussed in findings study. present strengthens factor UTAUT model can explain mechanism emergence individual intentions. It necessary have good social influence environmental conditions facilitate individuals raising behavioural technology.
